Description
A refreshing vinaigrette that won't hide the flavor of your greens.
Ingredients
- 1twhite wine vinegar
- 1Tfreshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1Thoney
- 1⁄2cfreshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2Tcanola oil
- 1large grapefruit, peeled, pith removed, and sectioned
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, honey, grapefruit juice, and canola oil.
Add grapefruit sections; season with salt and pepper.
Keep vinaigrette in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
