I used the Raw Zucchini Ribbons recipe, added a little lemon juice and a tiny smidgen of anchovy paste, and entered it in the Side Dish category of the Squash-All Varieties contest at the Lyon County Fair this past weekend. Result: 1st prize and a $20 gift certificate. SWEET!!!
