Savor The Season Spring Crops are IN!

Soon to be available at 40 markets across the state are a set of 25 crop cards designed to get you thinking about seasonal eating.  Each card has information about Selection, Storage, and Preparation and a delicious recipe, many of which have been tested by our good friends from K-State Research and Extension Master Food Volunteers.

Many of the markets have special events, highlighting the seasonally available delicious crops that make living in Kansas such a joy.  Stay tuned for details, and check out the listings at your favorite farmers market to see what they have in store.
