As part of our mission to share knowledge and skills, KRC/KsFM events may be photographed and/or recorded. KRC may use photos of participants and/or quotes by them in our fundraising and marketing materials and on our website. We will make every effort to honor mercedes [dot] taylorpuckett [at] gmail [dot] com (emailed requests) that we remove these items.
Check Payment for Events
For events that are limited to a certain number of registrants, we fill the space as payments are received. This means that sending a check payment carries a risk that the event will be filled before we receive your payment. When we receive your check, we will enroll you in the event and send you an email confirmation (if you have included your email address with your payment). If the event is filled, we will return your check to you with an explanation.
Event Refunds and Credits
Cancellations received 48 hours or more before the event starts, can often be issued a full refund. (KRC will credit your account if you paid by credit card and KRC will send a check if you paid by check.)
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event starts, will likely be issued a credit towards a future KRC/KsFM purchase for the amount you paid, minus a cancellation fee if applicable (cancellation fee will be posted on the specific event if applicable).
Please notify KRC via mercedes [dot] taylorpuckett [at] gmail [dot] com (email) as soon as you know that you are unable to attend an event you have registered for. The sooner we know, the more likely we can fill your spot.
Sometimes KRC/KsFM will set event-specific policies. In these cases we will post our cancellation policy with the event notice. Please contact us before you register if you think you may need to cancel later.
