Manhattan to Feature Chefs' Demo Saturday

The Severns shop the market and create delicious dishes featuring in season fruits and vegetables!

Chefs Bryan and Sarah Severns began their culinary journey 25 years ago when they met at Cooking School.

Between the two of them they have worked in just about every facet of food service, from camp cooking for an Elk Hunting Outfitter, working as a private chef on an estate in Rhode Island, opening and running a fine dining inn, to teaching at a prestigious culinary school in Vermont.  They are passionate about local food, and have a serious addiction to farmers markets.  

Bryan is currently pursuing a Food Science degree at Kansas State University.
