Edamame (Edible Soybeans): Can you grow your own?

Kansas has an ideal climate for growing soybeans. Most people associate them with large fields planted by neighboring farmers. You can easily grow a variety know as Edamame that has gained in popularity as a nutritious snack. Visit the TSCPL Farmers Market on May 24th at 10 AM to learn more.
